The electronic base of talented youth of the Rostov region Young talents of Don was developed by experts "Internet Frigate" in 2011, as peculiar regional "honour roll" for youth, the persistence, work and the active living position which reached impressive results. Works on improvement of base and replenishment as its new information and functionality which the Internet Frigate developers started, will make it more convenient in use and will expand opportunities, and updating of design will pleasantly please the registered participants and new talents.
