Founders of an Alliance are companies Antares Software, Internet-Frigate, Wisematix. In a series of discussions in official and informal conditions Dmitry Tsimbal, Serguei Khomyakov and Denis Tolstashov have discussed the further ways of development of The Mobile Solutions Group, carrying out of joint custom-made software development and investment in creation of own products and services.
On final solemn evening with participation of stars of the Belarus show business the program of activity of the Alliance the next year has been accepted.

The Internet-Frigate has created a corporate web-site of "Energosbit -Rostovenergo" - the large power supplier in Rostov Region (www.es-ro.ru).
The information structure of a web-resource allows to give all necessary data for consumers of the electric power and for shareholders and investors of the company. Separate web-module is devoted to the retail market of the electric power, its structure and filling meets strict requirements of the RAO "UES of Russia" to web-resources of affiliated companies. There are the opportunity to find out tariffs, the order of the contractual campaign, the information on the guaranteeing supplier and working the legal and regulations papers on the web-site.
The web-site contains the module of the information on purchases of "Energosbit -Rostovenergo", news sections and modules of the feedback. The information on a site are managing without invitation of a programmer through the module of the content management accessible to the site-administrator.
The site is created on a base basis of a Content management system (CMS) "Internet - Farwater" (http://ifarwater.ifrigate.ru) with use of the syntactic analyzer of templates and adaptive structure of web-modules. The further development of functions of a site is planned.

Under the invitation of the company 3Kon GmbH city Jena has been visited. During visit have passed a series of negotiations on conditions of cooperation with heads of 3Kon GmbH and Dr. Busch Firmen group Misters Carsten Busch, Heiko Busch, Dietrich Bauer, seminars on technology of creation of web - oriented geoinformation systems on basis of Janus Suite have taken place, the contract about partnership was concluded.
In Erfurt the representatives of the Internet - Frigate have received by mister Matthias Lammert, director of the company on business development Rucon Conculting. Discussion of prospects on the IT-market of Thuringia has taken place.

Representatives of Internet-frigate company (CEO Serguei Khomyakov and Chief of web-department Andrew Krivobokov) have visited office of 3Kon company located in Jena, Germany.
During 5-day's visit there have been discussed basic potential directions on web oriented GIS for enterprises and public services. 3Kon company experts have shared experience and knowledge in the field of GIS application and development for internet.
As a result of a meeting there was concluded an cooperation agreement between the companies 3Kon GmbH and Internet-Frigate, Ltd according to which the companies plan a direction for a gain of Russian and Ukrainian market of geoinformation systems.
Internet-Frigate has received the exclusive rights to Web GIS development with use of Janus technology and represents this technology in Russia and the CIS countries.

Internet-Frigate finished development of additional modules and revision of program logic for "Link-Lexikon" web-system (www.link-lexikon.de). Link-Lexikon is catalog of internet-resources.
There was redesigned web-system navigation, added ability to manage cities and regions. Users became able to recommend new city and category, search was revised to show information more attractive.
The tool for spelling check-up on websites was developed. Each user can get code of this tool and setup it on his web-site.

Our company has finished works for search engines analysis tool development. Developed tool provide service for each search engine to send across each keyword and keyword phrase and retrieve the results.
Main search engines are connected to this tool, including Google, MSN and Yahoo. The tool is based on using APIs of each search engines. System has comfortable interface allowed to determine search engines keywords and phrases. The tool generates reports in Excel format.
All data are stored to serverside database and allow to analyze web sites popularity and evaluate search engines optimization results.

During the phase there were improved many sections developed early, it raises system usability and intelligibility of interfaces. There was added ability to download reports in PDF. Developed banner ads system allows manage advertising spots with ease and rapidity.
One of significant module is newsletter system. It allows to send industry newsletters to target recipients. Special subscription system was developed for this purposes allowed users to manage their subscription without need to apply to The AgPlus Network support team.

This competition of innovative projects was conducted by The State Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) (www.fasie.ru) . The Jury of competition on direction H1 " Information technologies, software, telecommunication systems " includes CEO of company " Internet-Frigate " Mr. Serguei Khomyakov, Ph.D in Economics .
In 2006 on competition on this direction 44 applications on five поднаправлениям have been received. In result it is solved to give the financing to 11 innovation projects.
Among directions of the submitted projects it is possible to allocate the following groups:
information-communication systems with use of mobile technologies, medical information controlling and diagnostic systems,
educational and HRM systems
works on creation neurocomputers and to use neurotechnologies in processing of the information,
innovations in software of classes CAD/CAE, CRM, EPR,
information systems in sphere of construction and communal services.
As a whole, competition can be acknowledged successful. It is necessary to note growth of the innovation activity in the field of information technologies in South of Russia, especially among young developers.

On February, 2 2006 our company was visited by experts of the European Union program EuropeAid in the field of the Science and Technology Commercialisation.
A EuropeAid Project "Science and Technology Commercialisation, Russian Federation" aimed at supporting the design of an Innovation Policy for the Russian Academy of Science and at implementing a series of pilot initiatives testing new ways to make commercialisation of scientific results more successful is launched in January 2005.
Technology Commercialisation expert Dr. Alistair Brett and S&T Innovation Strategy expert Jill Case were familiarized with projects of the company and with experience of scientific development commercialization in software technologies.
