The system is created on the basis of modern web-technologies. One of the basic priorities in WMS-system working out are creation for logistical centre «ALKOM» of the simple, convenient and reliable tool of automation of the warehouse account, and also maintenance of flexibility and an adaptability of system in the course of its operation and at expansion of functionality. By means of association of the basic educational projects in IT sphere on one platform access to them has improved that has allowed to raise efficiency of their carrying out. Now the basic action of a portal are the All-Russia Olympic Games in the field of an information technology for students of educational institutions of the higher and average vocational training «IT-PLANET 2009». For the given project our company has developed functionality of registration of participants of the Olympic Games, different availability of a statement and simplicity of use, and also system of private offices for participants of the Olympic Games, responsible educational institutions, members of registration jury, moderators and managers of the project. The given representation allows most full and to reflect and systematise informatively personal profiles that considerably facilitates procedure of their further use. 04.10.2009 Offers of Internet-Frigate are included in the report of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation on necessity not deterioration of conditions of the taxation for the IT companies after acceptance of a new order of social payments

The report proves decrease in social payments for software developers, in the light of the introduction into law action № 212 "About insurance payments in the Pension fund of the Russian Federation, Fund of social insurance of the Russian Federation, Federal fund of obligatory medical insurance and territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance". As a matter of fact, it is offered to include software developers as one of categories of the enterprises to which privileges on social payments will be given. Initiatives the Internet frigate have been directed on elimination of quantitative criterion of number of the personnel for reception of a prospective privilege which was supposed to be established at level not less than 50 persons. Removal of this restriction on size of the companies is proved by that at acceptance of a new order of charge of social payments the small companies which used earlier the simplified mode of the taxation replacing part ЕСН most will suffer, and did not require having alternative of payment of social taxes. The Ministry of Communications were issued the arguments in the form of the reference of association RUSSOFT have been accepted and in the definitive text of the report the given offers are considered.
