The year beginning for company "Internet-Frigate" was marked by number of new interesting perspective projects. However, as they say, "all new is well forgotten old". This aphorism as well as possible characterises the large-scale operations spent by our command on upgrade and functionality and interface refinement the official site of the city of Novocherkassk.

We will remind that the site has been created by our developers in 2005 (the project description) . Since then its structure has become outdated, the content generally has lost the urgency, and the interface demanded considerable changes.

As a result of the modification operations spent in this year impressing results have been reached: new sections and units are developed, functionality of already existing sections is expanded, new interfaces of administration of a site are inserted, scale operations on testing, customisation, optimisation of loading and quality of functioning of a resource are made. The tool of reception of calls of the citizens, developed according to the federal law number 59 from May 2, 2006 «About an order of consideration of calls of citizens of the Russian Federation» became the important functional addition in portal operation. Besides the official site of a city of Novocherkassk became multilingual: the structure has been changed and the content the English version of the site is completely refreshed.

The Complex of the made operations undoubtedly considerably will expand and will deepen selfdescriptiveness of a resource, will make it more conveniently, more attractively and more clearly that the aesthetic pleasure in turn will not only give to its users and visitors, but also will allow to render at higher level informational services to the population of the city of Novocherkassk.

It is necessary to mark that now, thanks to the inserted refinements, the official site of a city satisfies to the federal law number 8 from February 9, 2009 «About providing of access to the information on activity of state structures and local governments».
