Internet-Frigate has developed the official web-site of the City of Novocherkassk. Development was been dated to Novocherkassk 200-years anniversary.

The basic purposes of the site - to show its beauty, to describe its rich history, to illuminate achievements and problems of modern Novocherkassk, to open access to inhabitants to official documents and news from the first persons. At creation of a site it was possible to combine these themes organically.

There is comfortable navigation system on site, it allows users to reach all site section from any page. "Present-day Novocherkassk" section is intended to introduce visitors with town, its people, culture, progress in sport, etc. Information about beautiful places and monuments is represented in "Sights" section. Section "History of Novocherkassk and the Cossacks of Don" acquaints visitors with town foundation history and Cossaks of Don formation.

Built-in site search system allows users to find necessary information. This system looks for information not only on pages, but on database too. It increases possibility to sucessfully find required data.

Web site has multifunctional content management system. All text pages are edited with the help of visual WYSIWYG editor. Thanks to system developed specially for site there is chance to create text pages with various level of complexity and different structure.

There is an opportunity of a feedback with a municipal management, which allows visitors to ask a question and get answers. All visitors' quiestions are grouped by themes and are represented in the form of "question-answer" on page.
