CEO of company "Internet - Frigate" Serguei Khomyakov became the Winner of competition "The Best Young Manager - 2004", conducted by Administration of the Rostov Region. He had got the Diploma of 2nd degree.

The purpose of competition - disclosing of a role of young managers in social and economic development of Rostov Region in various spheres of a National Economy. Economic parameters were estimated such as dynamics of wages, tax payments, volumes of productions and investments. The big attention was given to the social importance of business, public work and charities.
