On November 29, 2010 the decree of the president passes the new federal law «About obligatory medical insurance in the Russian Federation» regulating obligatory medical insurance in Russia.

Besides definition of principles of obligatory medical insurance, the law shines some rights and duties of the medical organizations according to which the medical organizations are obliged «to place on the official Internet site the information on an operating mode, kinds of rendered medical aid».
