According to the changes brought in the Federal law № 272 on 19 October, 2010, for the IT-companies by number of 50 persons and more total tariffs of insurance payments are established at a rate of 14 %. For all other IT-companies the specified cumulative tariff increases from 14 % to 34 %.

Sharp easing of an innovative basis of the industry and brain drain increase can become one of consequences of it.
