According to the Russian legislation, each resource in a network has to be equipped with the version for visually impaired people where the basic rules of how the appropriate resource has to look, are stated in the national standard of the Russian Federation to GOST P 52872-2012 "Internet resources: requirements of availability to visually impaired persons".

By request of the management of the city of Novocherkassk, spring of 2015 of specialists of the Internet-Fregat company realized the next special project which allows to create for visually impaired persons all necessary conditions for convenience of use of means of communication and information on the Internet and which meets all main requirements: provides correct perception, availability of management, and also clearness of the provided information.

Thus, existence of the special version of the site will allow physically disabled people to find on sight on the official site of the city of Novocherkassk http://www.novochgrad.ru / all necessary information, and to the site - to fulfill requirements of the Federal law of the Russian Federation of February 9, 2009 N 8-FZ "About ensuring access to information on activity of government bodies and local governments", and also the Federal law of November 24, 1995 N 181-FZ "About social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation".
