The geographic information system of ensuring activity in the sphere of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don (GISOD IZO), is the working tool of Department of the property and land relations of the city of Rostov-on-Don.

The system allows the staff of department to carry out the main objectives:
• management and order in accordance with the established procedure objects of municipal city property of Rostov-on-Don;
• management and the order the land plots within city line;
• ensuring carrying out uniform policy in the field of management and the order municipal property;
• implementation of the interindustry management of management and the order municipal property for increase of efficiency of its use for implementation of social and economic programs of a development of the city;
• realization on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation of uniform policy in the field of privatization of municipal property;
• implementation of municipal land control in the territory of the city of Rostov-on-Don;
• providing municipal services and execution of technological functions in the sphere of the property and land relations.
