The portal of monitoring of activity of local governments of the Rostov region (www.monitoring61.ru) is a global project of the Government of the Rostov region which supervises Management of a regional and municipal policy. The portal was developed and introduced in operation by specialists of JSC Internet-Fregat in 2014.

By means of the Portal the assessment of efficiency of activity of local governments of city districts and municipal regions of the Rostov region is carried out, including IT polls of the population are carried out and ratings of heads of municipalities following the results of carrying out polls are formed.
