Specialists of JSC Internet-Fregat finished the project on creation of OMS of system for automation of work with demands from clients. The system is constructed on the basis of web technologies that allows the staff of the company to use it at any time and from any point of the world.

Differentiation of roles of users in system allows to limit duties of employees and to provide control over the implementation of works of performers of demands. The program complex contains a number of reference books and registers for filling of information on clients, objects and types of works. Also possibility of work with documents was realized.

At the moment the system completely satisfies the personnel of JSC Meridian BTI and there is a preparation for further expansion system for automation of others business of processes of the company.
