Process of full automation of rendering of services to the population by Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Rostov-on-Don is complete. It became possible due to the introduction of the system of automation of rendering of services (SARS) on the basis of the information system of ensuring town-planning activity (ISETPA) executed by experts the Internet Frigate.

In particular, automation concerned such important functions of Department as formation and sending requests for providing data from information system of Federal Tax Service, Federal Registration Service (Federal Registration Service) through SMEV, from departments of Rostov-on-Don through system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of the City administration of Rostov-on-Don (ìÑÌÝ Rostov-on-Don) and information system of automation of regulations of interdepartmental electronic interaction (ISAR MEV).

Earlier given system was already introduced in a geographic information system of ensuring activity in the sphere of the property and land relations (GISOD) and proved to be as the high-quality, convenient and reliable tool at rendering of services and processing of demands of Department.
