Employees of the DIZO of Rostov-on-Don direct a huge number of requests to the Federal Service of governmental registration, cadastre and cartography (Rosreestr) with a view to get necessary information for the provision of municipal services.
Experts of our company have developed interagency subsystem and module automatically fill requests in Rosreestr within the framework of Information system of maintenance of Rostov-on-Don town-planning activity (ISOGD) of the Department. Employees of the DIZO fill in ISOGD their requests and an operator transfers it to the portal by means of the automatic filling requests in Rossreestr. On admission answers they are automatically compared to the requests and the employees of DIZO have opportunity to track down whether the answer to the request does or not.
Employees have been using this subsystem since beginning of 2013, and 2500 requests have been sent in the year.
