Official web-site of Administration of Novocherkassk (www.novochgrad.ru) developed by Internet-Frigate Company got Diploma of I degree in competition "The best municipality of information exchange with the public" in nomination "The best site of municipal organization of information exchange with public".
There was a serious competition among the participants, but due to the high quality of the design and information support the web-site www.novochgrad.ru beat the other contestants easily and took 1st place.
This is not the first award: the official web-site of Novocherkassk became winner of the annual All-Russian competition of web-sites about local government "The Best Municipal Website" and took the second place in April of this year.
