"Internet-Frigate", Ltd. has contracted with Committee for Youth Policy of the Rostov region to create a software package ISOD KMPRO, including following items: • information system activities providing (ISOD); • automation system of provision of services (SAPU).

The system is created to perform the requirements of the law ¹ 210-FZ "About organization of governmental and municipal services," disposals of the governor of Rostov region, Golubev V.Y. and improve the effectiveness of the Committee by automating provision of public services. Protocols to connect to the regional SMEV and to the site of the Committee www.kmparo.ru will be provided in the system.
