winner of annual All-Russian competition among web-sites about Local
Government "The best municipal web-site"
Internet-Frigate Company developed official web-site of Novocherkassk to
200-years anniversary of the town in 2005.
When creation the web-site important and necessary topics that affect
life in the city were seamlessly combine. The web-site had easy and
attractive design, comfortable navigation and search system, dinamic
page content was supplemented and edited easy by Administration of
Information Service of the town. The web-site contented background
information and provided opportunity for feedback with header of the
town.
Our specialists produced large-scale work to modernize and improve the
functionality and interface of official wed-site of Novocherkassk in
2010. Offocial web-site, furthermore,became multilingual. The structure
was changed and content of the English-language version of the site was
completely updated.
