On August 4, 2010 the Governor of the Rostov region V. Golubev has held the meeting with representatives of business community of region in Administration of the region. The director of Internet Frigate Serguei Khomyakov has been invited on this meeting.
During the meeting a number of the pressing questions offered by our company was discussed. Among them:
Consequences of increase of cumulative tax loading on the small innovative enterprises after replacement of the uniform social tax on deductions in social funds with considerable growth of the general rate.
Administrative barriers in relations with Fund of social insurance of the Russian Federation by consideration of statements on return of social payments under sick-lists and grants in connection with a birth of the child.
Uncoordinated introduction in various regional bodies and in divisions of federal authorities of incompatible formats of the electronic digital signature, unlimited increase in quantity of the necessary electronic digital signature, the unfriendly price policy that leads to increase of expenses on administration.
The Governor has planned to study all submitted offers and to use them at decision-making regarding stimulation of enterprise activity in the Rostov region.
