At the elective meeting of participants of innovative-technological centre «InTeh-Don» S.V. Khomyakov, Ph.D. in Economics, the director of Internet-Frigate, had been selected by the chairman of innovative-technological centre «InTeh-Don» board.
In 2004 S.V. Khomyakov was one of the initiators of noncommercial partnership «InTeh-Don» creation. Within the limits of partnership he conducts active public work on development of innovations in the field of information technology in the region.
Now the partnership adjusts close cooperation with national association of software developers RUSSOFT, two regional forums on information technology is annually spent, expert communities the SOUTH-Soft and ROSTI are created.
