The director of Internet-Frigate S. Khomyakov has been invited as the expert to the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation on Southern federal district to joint session of the Commission on modernisation and technological development of the Rostov region and Council about assistance to development of small and average business of Southern federal district.

At the session questions of current condition and measures on development of innovative business in regions of the Southern federal district are considered. As a result the working group on formation of the Concept of regional innovative system for inclusion in the project of Strategy of social and economic development of Southern federal district for the period till 2020 has been created.
