Within the limits of the congress «Jupiter-2010», organised by «Internet-Frigate» and spent with active assistance of Rostov region department of development of small and average business and tourism (www.donland.ru), a number of seminars, sessions and conferences has taken place. Each of thematic actions has been devoted discussion and search of decisions of arising problems of increase of efficiency applications of information and telecommunication technologies in various spheres of business and a public life: information processes of municipal management, electronic commerce, logistics and supply with information of transportations.
