Congress will take place on May 2-4, 2010 in Rostov-on-Don. Annual congress «JUPITER» will be traditionally devoted discussion of arising problems and search of their decisions in the course of introduction and increase of efficiency of information and telecommunication technologies application.

This year the questions connected with development and management by formation, safety issues and information of municipal management, questions of logistics and a supply with information of transportations become the basic themes of the Congress.

Within the limits of the congress «JUPITER 2010» is planned carrying out of seminars, competition of projects in IT-sphere for young scientists, the section devoted to development and introduction in educational process of free software, and also Installfest-festival of free software installation.

Representatives of municipal management, owners, top-managers and experts of the enterprises and the educational institutions operating in IT-sphere, communications, electronics, industrial production, trade, safety, management, marketing and the finance are invited to participation in the Congress.
