Council of young scientists and experts of the Rostov region is constantly operating joint advisory body at Administration of the Rostov region. It will carry out advisory functions concerning the youth policy in scientifically-educational sphere, personnel maintenance of development of innovative economy, activization of professional scientific activity of youth. Council was headed by the assistant to governor of the region A.I.Bedrik.
In the performance at Council opening ceremony in the Administration of the region on September, 15th 2009 Khomyakov S.V. has expressed hope that in work of Council as the key purpose there is a development of innovative activity of youth their scientific achievements, has resulted some examples of realisation of initiatives of the company the Internet-Frigate on development of branch of an information technology in region.
