Not so long ago developers of an independent site Department of marketing 2.0 , rendering professional web-developers information support for increase of efficiency of their activity, has conducted interesting research.
Its purpose - to find out, the companies on web-working out how much competently operate, offering the services to the potential client.
Small and average web-studios of 15 cities of southern and central regions of Russia became objects of research. In the course of experiment the letter from the improvised potential client has been dispatched all participants, ostensibly wishing to order a site in the developer. Then reaction of the companies to inquiry - their offers to the client was simply traced.
The estimation of quality of the offer was made on the following to 11 criteria: efficiency - the answer within the working day the reference to the potential client in the letter by name granting to the client of examples of similar works of the company in the client's sphere accurate specification of the prospective price of the project instructions name and contacts of the representative of the company answering to the client an individual approach presence of additional questions, set by the representative of the company to the client for problem specification, otherwise, real display of interest in the client observance of literacy and culture of the letter an appeal to action the offer to the client of accompanying services presence of repeated letters of the company to the client for the purpose of specification of its decision
For performance of this or that criterion of an estimation of the offer of the company one point was charged.
By results of the conducted research from 220 participants of experiment the greatest quantity of points was typed by our company - 10 of 11!
Such result is deserved and quite natural, because company Internet-Frigate always very much shows consideration for the clients and is interested in long cooperation with them.
