On May, 27th 2009 in Rostov-on-Don has passed IV congress of the South Russian enterprises of an information technology and IT Directors «Jupiter 2009» - It is information - telecommunication technologies - the tool of increase of efficiency of the enterprise in the conditions of crisis ». As organizers of conference the "InTeh-Don", and "Internet-Frigate", the "RUSSOFT" member company, have acted with support of other organisations.
Company "Internet-Frigate" in person Grekov Michael Andreevich, the deputy director on introduction, has addressed to the congress with two reports:
- in section «the Information technology of deliveries, the finance, marketing and safety» with the report on a theme: «the Order and controllability of your logistics thanks to Internet systems, the geoinformation and mobile decisions».
- in section «Innovative convent» with the report on a theme: «Possibilities on representation of your idea on an innovative portal of the Rostov region».
In frameworks «Jupiter 2009» exhibition DigIT-2009 which purpose is popularisation and introduction of the advanced achievements of world level, assistance to expansion of economic and scientific and technical communications between participants of safety and industrial automation was spent. Representation of means of safety, protection frames of the information, an information technology for all segments of business and social sphere, maintenance of the bank and industrial safety, the special technics, security services, acquaintance of various strata of society with systems of integration of modern digital technologies in a life.
Our company has presented the stand on which examples of workings out of Internet systems have been presented:
- systems of automation of the enterprises;
- geoinformation systems of electronic document circulation for business;
- geoinformation systems for the Internet and mobile platforms;
- mobile appendices;
- sites for successful business.
The Stand has interested many visitors and participants of an exhibition, as at our firm a wide experience in working out of Internet systems of any complexity.
Congress "Jupiter" since 2006 is spent in Southern Federal district annually and included in planned schedule RUSSOFT.

The Law about protection against the Internet-piracy has been passed in France, its procedures includes using of the services of monitoring and administration of Internet which are being provided by CoPeerRight Agency in partnership with Internet-Frigate |

Our partner CoPeerRight Agency from Paris (France) possesses the technologies of monitoring and informing for protection of property rights and copyrights in the Internet. Since this their services will be demanded much more as by private internet-providers (to which the law assigns new obligatory functions on monitoring a network and administrating infringers) and state bodies also (the corresponding state Commission is founded).
The cooperation agreement between Internet-Frigate and company CoPeerRight Agency was concluded at June 2008. It supposes the partnership in the field of development and technical support of systems of property and author's rights protection in public telecommunication networks. Such activity of state support like first step is the Law in France, certainly, will promote the growth of our activity in this sphere also.

Competitors can register and publish their resumes, search for vacancies with wanted parameters. System functions allow to make responses on vacancies and comments for companies. Companies also can be evaluated in ratings.
Employers publish their vacancies and analyze competitor's responses, search for appropriate resumes, take part in employer's ratings.
There is administrator's panel in system. Administrator and moderator can edit all user's information, publish news, make ratings, distributions, edit site's pages.
There is forum where users can converse with each other and with site administration.

Internet-Frigate, Ltd. has finished works on creation and filling of the Rostov region official tourism portal – www.dontourism.ru, which has been opened several months ago for wide access.
The portal is divided on two parts: presentation and branch. The presentation part includes the information for tourists. There is information about the tourist infrastructure, interactive cards, service of calculation of distances, photo gallery, videoclips and an interactive card of sights.
The portal has more than 1500 pages in four language versions: Russian, English, German and French.
For maintenance of external appeal designers, experts of department of web design of our firm and professional photos - video operators have been involved. Over functionality of a portal programmers of department of web working out worked. Information filling was carried out by department of support of Internet projects. All employees have performed work qualitatively and you can be convinced of it, having visited a portal - www.dontourism.ru.

Internet-Frigate, Ltd. has developed the unit of recognition of the text from a graphics image |

The unit intend for embedding in the applications for transferring or receiving the text by a picture for the various purposes.
At the heart of unit operation program constructed neural network for recognition of graphics images. Experts of our company have developed the program solution, allowing to train a neural network by means of special sets. Upon termination of training of a network it can show unknown earlier images and to receive the answer about an accessory to a certain class. As a result of the given operation training of neural networks for recognition of texts with distortions, and also the texts superimposed against each other is carried out.
The unit can be used in applications of optical character recognition (Optical Character Recognition, OCR — mechanical or electronic conversion of maps of characters and characters in the text edited on the computer). Translation is carried out by program path, after reception of the map from the scanner or a photo.
Our command has spent scale operation on creation of the system, but we continue to master more and more difficult solutions and we expand usages of the developed unit.

Presentation web-system "The Coins of the World in the SberBank of Russia" for the informational screens and terminals was developed |

Interactive presentation system "The Coins of the World" is intended for marketing of popular banking service - selling of the precious coins of the different countries.
The web-system presents the catalogue of coins of many countries with animated display of coins, the description of a series of coins, their characteristics (metal, weight, price, etc.), the description of the country-emitter with showing on a map and animated globe, its flag, the basic administrative-territorial characteristics, etc. The system is executed at a high art-design level, has attractive flash-animation. The database of coins can be quickly filled with the operator through web-access with the password to back-end of system. Thus, besides the information about coins, there are functions of import of the current prices of the coins for searching and selection by client .
The system is developed on the basis of web-technologies, consists of a web-server and browsers-client software and can be established on various devices of displaying. Versions for the large interactive touch-screens, for an information terminals with the touch-pad, for displaying on a Internet website are created.
The system "The Coins of the World" has been presented to President of the SberBank of Russia Mr. German Gref and to all heads of territorial banks at session of The Bank's Board in Rostov at November, 2008 and has received the favourable comments.
