JSC Regata was founded in 1998 in the city of Novocherkassk. Granting one stationary and three mobile entertaining amusement parks for children and adults became the main activity of the company.

Following current trends, the management of the Regata company made the decision on creation of own site which will serve as excellent means for involvement of new fans of roundabouts and attractions.
