The portal of monitoring of activity of local governments of the Rostov region www.monitoring61.ru was introduced by specialists of the Internet-Fregat company in Management of a regional and municipal policy of the Government of the Rostov region in 2014.

All municipalities of the Rostov region and regional executive authorities are connected to a portal. Collecting about 1000 indicators characterizing results of activity and a condition of personnel structure of local governments is conducted. In 2015 our experts carried out works on expansion of functionality of a portal.

On November 18, 2015 Greeks Mikhail, the deputy director for introduction of the Internet-Fregat company, presented functionality of a portal and results of work of 2015 to Bondarev Sergey Borisovich – the deputy governor of the Rostov region. The presentation and demonstration of work of a portal took place in a conference hall of the Government of the Rostov region.

Sergey Borisovich took a keen interest to functions of a portal, and the cartogram with ratings of heads of administrations of municipalities following the results of IT polls of the population received special attention. The particular interest in Sergey Borisovich was caused by "Red" and "Orange" municipalities (with a low rating following the results of polls). The portal showed the directions for improvement.
