This promo-site is designed for presentation of the the system for creation web-oriented GIS applications - JanusSuite on the Russian market. This system was designed by specialists of 3Kon GmbH, and it consists of several components with open source code. Low cost GIS solutions based on JanusSuite are interesting for small and average business, state and municipal institutions.

The Company Internet-Frigate presents technologies of JanusSuite on Russian market. Therefore on the site www.Janus.ifrigate.ru both companies are presented, Internet-Frigate and 3Kon GmbH.

The Site consists of the following main sections:

  • Needs of the GIS market in Janus-based applications - an analysis of needs of the Russian market in low-cost GIS applications;
  • Areas of application Janus - a branches, which allow usage of GIS applications;
  • Technologies, used in JanusSuite - features of JanusSuite' components;
  • Possibilities of the Janus - description of the possibilities of Janus-based GIS applications;
  • Advantages of the Janus - a main features, giving competitive advantage Janus in contrast with classical GIS;
  • JanusSuite succeed stories ;
  • Interactive presentations of the GIS systems - DemoRecorder (Section: "projecte / web-repräsentationen", http://www.ifrigate.ru/_deu/project_more.html?vid=priklad&id=134) presentations of the Janus system work;

The Site is also included CMS which allows to control its contents without web-specialist.

This project was developed on the base of the module architecture (the demonstration site: http://ifarwater.ifrigate.ru), designed by Internet-Frigate company.
